We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 60 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Process for Returns and Exchanges:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.

  3. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment for your records.

4. Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

5. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process as outlined above. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the requested exchange item to you. Exchanges are subject to availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items:
